Property owners and managers will always be able to advertise their rentals for free on Viscape. Viscape’s vision is to bring the world of resort real estate together in one place for short term rentals, sales and swaps. During Viscape’s beta test, Viscape is driving leads for free to listers.
Viscape is gradually phasing in pay-per-transaction in select markets. Listers will only pay for bookings when Viscape performs, i.e. delivers a booking. For listers who opt not to pay, their listings will still be visible on the Viscape site, but their ability to receive leads will be substantially reduced. Listers who opt into Viscape’s booking system will also be able to upgrade and add enhanced features that reduce repetitive tasks.

How do I get started?
There are three ways to get set up on the site:
1) Self-list. Manual upload of property listings by you and your staff. We offer training videos and tutorials to help enhance your listing to make it attractive for buyers and renters. This is self-serve, and you will receive leads temporarily for free. It has been my experience and observation that most people who try to get set up on the site either don’t get maximum benefit from the site and they end up missing opportunities. Although this choice is doable, I don’t recommend it.
2) Bulk upload with a spreadsheet by Viscape staff. Viscape merely requires a spreadsheet to bulk upload your data. We’ll take care of this. However, you will still be responsible for uploading pictures. For a small fee, we will upload pictures for the property listings.
3) Manual upload of property listings by Viscape staff. If you are a property lister who would like to get help with property uploads onto the Viscape website, we would be more than happy to help you get set up with an account. We will upload all of your properties onto the Viscape site. There is a small set up fee associated with this service. For certain markets where we are doing a market build, we are offering special deals.
