Juan Dolio property tours during Americas Real Estate Expo

Adolfo Jimenez showed us around Juan Dolio to view a golf-beach country club community. Juan Dolio is just 40 minutes from Santo Domingo and 20 minutes from the Las Americas International Airport.
We looked at a 2 bedroom condo, which had a view of the golf course and was within a 5 minute walk to the beach and country club. The asking price was $200K and the developer offered owner financing for the 2 bedroom condos we viewed. The place was perfect for that business traveler who wanted to be close to the airport, close to Santo Domingo, and wanted to live in a quiet community.
Did Adolfo, our host, offer a free membership to the country club for being a new owner?
