Picture this. You’re on a road trip. Its a hot day. The bus is not adequately air conditioned. Its past lunch time. People are getting cranky. The bus is packed to the brim. Plus, you’re waiting for the bar tender to deliver you a beverage, and you’ve already waited for at least 10 minutes just to get a water. Ahhhh…..that wonderful Dominican service. What would you do? How would you feel in that moment?
