ABC is urging its viewers to stay home this week to save money on gas. Translation: ABC’s wants you to stay home, place your tush on your lazy-boy, and stare at the tube, which will display other people enjoying their lives outside the home. (Oh yeah, and they want you to watch all of their commercials.) Sure, we all enjoy escaping into a great TV show, and often it is because we want to be where our favorite TV stars are, like in Hawaii (like the crew of LOST-although we could do without the “Others”) and New York City (like Ugly Betty-wouldn’t we all love access to those couture freebies)?
So, we at Viscape boldly challenge you to turn ABC’s stunt upside down by getting off the couch and getting yourself to your favorite TV destination. Here are just a few of our favorite TV-inspired destinations:
