Daniel Monson, Viscape’s vacation listings guru, has forged a partnership with Regina Lundeen, listing coordinator for Remax’s Debbie Reed Team in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.  Soon, every Debbie Reed Team real estate listing will be featured on Viscape.  Dan has enjoyed collaborating with Lundeen so much he thought he would interview her for our Blog.  Here are some highlights of their conversation.

How does the Internet play a role in your real estate business?

The Internet is absolutely critical.  It’s a way to convey information to buyers who are looking for property. Buyers can visit a property without ever leaving their home.  Virtual tours allow people to visit a property at the beginning of their search.  Then they can revisit it during it their search and even review it before making a final decision. The Internet is great because there are so many places to advertise a listing. Whether it is low-tech like Craigslist, or a fun and interactive social marketplace like Viscape.

How effective do you think Viscape will be in listing your properties?

When considering adding a listing to a website, whether a social marketplace or directory, I consider how many eyeballs will be seeing it, and the stickiness factor of the site. Although just beginning, my experience with computers tells me that Viscape promises to be a well-visited site that will have the user interaction that I am looking for.

What is your favorite listing feature on Viscape?

Viscape is very together and professional looking. I know the Debbie Reed Team listings will be presented in the best light with Viscape’s web-look and feel. Viscape is very easy to use. I like the fact that you have multiple pictures and we can add our own video.
