“Viscape Artist” of the Week!

If you’ve been paying close attention to Viscape in the past few weeks, you may have noticed this girl, Theresa Stephens aka…IBleedWords!  She is going around writing awesome destination reviews about all her favorite places! To date, she has contributed reviews and pictures for Sao Chingcha, Bangkok, Thailand, Oahu, HI, USA, Stowe, VT USA, and Big Island, HI, USA.

As of today, Theresa is the first recipient of the soon-to-be-heralded title: “Viscape Artist” of the Week.  What does this mean?  To earn this titled, you must be well versed in the art of escaping to great travel destinations and then you must write AWESOME, fun, witty destination reviews and add your crazy pictures on Viscape.com.  Earning the honor of “Top Member” on Viscape will certainly help your chances of becoming a “Viscape Artist” of the week, but it is not mandatory to win!  To become a “Top Member” it is highly recommended that you participate in discussion groups, write at least 7-10 AWESOME destination reviews and build-out your profile with pictures and favorite places!  Do you have what it takes to be a “Viscape Artist” like Theresa?  Can you become a Viscape “Top Member?”

I asked Theresa these tough, revealing questions and here are her answers:

Q: What is the best “Viscape” you have ever been on?

A: Oh gosh, there are probably two different types of vacations I love to take.  One type of great vacation is the relaxing vacation.   I took a great vacation two weeks ago, to Stowe, Vermont.  I grew up here, so going home was so relaxing and rejuvenating.  Then there is the high adventure vacation.  The best adventure vacation I ever took was to Hanoi, Vietnam.  We cruised, Halong Bay off of northern Vietnam.  I definitely recommend this trip to adventurous people! 

Q: What’s the worst?

A: Cambodia, we loved it but we all got really sick.  In Phnom Penh, we all got really upset stomachs and it was awful.

Q: What is your hidden talent?

A:  Oh, gosh, I don’t know if I have any.  I am really good with animals.  If I wasn’t a writer, I would be a vet.

 Q: If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you live?

A: Back in Thailand.  I really miss it.  I hope that when my husband retires from the military in six years he will want to return there.

Q: Pick a Country.  What four words come to mind to describe it?

A: India.  Adventure, People, Smiles and Food!
